Watchful Mantis

A praying mantis recorded in the Camden Realm, known for staying perfectly still as it keeps watch over its wearer.˚ʚ♡ɞ˚ 

This T-shirt is made from a dark green felt fabric with a dense, grounded weight. At its center rests a stylized praying mantis, formed from black felt and slowly hand-embroidered directly into the garment.

The embroidery is built entirely by hand using white wool yarn and thread, held in place through tight couching stitches. The stitches build a subtle 3D outline, so the mantis feels shaped into the fabric instead of printed or flat.

The shirt is fully lined with a soft black lining for comfort and structure, and finished with parmenture at the neckline, hem, and sleeves.

This piece is one of a kind. Made slowly, as a single object within the Camden Realm.
