This store is run by a small independent creator. All items are handmade or designed with care. I reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Products & Artwork

All products, designs, and images on this website are original creations. Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission. I try my best to show accurate colors and details. However, depending on your screen or the handmade nature of items, slight variations may occur.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used.

• You understand that processing times may vary depending on the product.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect information.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in CAD (unless otherwise stated). I may change prices without notice. Any promotions or discounts are offered for a limited time.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. I am not responsible for: • Delays caused by the postal service

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Handmade items are created in small batches, so I only accept returns or refunds for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect orders

• Lost packages (after a postal investigation)
